
Irony Paris 10th Anniversary
Today marks the 10th anniversary of our Paris store.
This challenge may be laughed at as reckless, but
I am grateful that I have been able to continue for 10 years thanks to the support of so many people.
I don't know how you see it,
Even now, 10 years later,
To be honest, I'm hanging on.
That's the situation.
It's been a back and forth process. Just when I thought things were starting to look a little better,
And then we go backward again. This has been happening for the past 10 years.
Some of our customers have earned us trust and recognition in Paris,
There are also opportunities to be asked to work on events that you would not be able to experience in Japan.
As a store, it is difficult to build a team.
A competent manager who is able to maintain profits may be in a situation where he or she would decide to withdraw.

Our mission is to provide a life with the world's most favorite florist.
Challenge is one of the most important elements.
The current situation is that we have been going through various trial and error processes for the past 10 years.
Specifically,
Now we have almost no store sales and gifts are available only by reservation.
Our main activities are events, schools, and video production.
In order to become a florist that proposes a new style to Paris, I would like to increase our share of gift items.
And I want to get more Japanese staff working at the Paris store.
I will bring that experience back with me and use it in my work in Japan.
It is difficult to create such a virtuous cycle.
And the product.
I would like to create a cycle where I can continue to release flower vases.
In order to brand our flower business with branches across borders, we need a philosophy and style that can utilize the local flowers of each country.
It is currently predicted that the success rate will increase if there is a flower vase that symbolizes the brand.
On the other hand, if it can be a successful business model in Paris,
This means that further expansion will become easier.
One challenge is to build an organization as a whole, including Japan, which has not been overcome for a long time.
And funding.
Taniguchi, who was just in his 30s when he opened a branch in Paris, will be turning 50 at the end of this month.
Irony has a vision of creating a special flower shop that will be called the world's favorite flower shop.
We need to move faster in the next 10 years.
