Both florists and concierges have a training system in place that allows them to learn the basics thoroughly after joining the company, depending on their role.
The most important qualification for applying is a strong desire to hone your aesthetic sense and to seriously immerse yourself in the floral work.

A: Of course. At Irony, we have built a system that allows you to progress step by step through the unique style we have built up over the years, under the guidance of our CEO, Mr. Taniguchi, and senior staff.
We welcome anyone who wants to learn irony style and improve their own skills.

A: Irony does not have an age restriction.
We have a division of labor system, so you will take on various roles while taking into consideration each person's physical strength and skills. We also welcome people who have previously worked in flower shops and are considering returning.

A: After being hired, we will decide on your location from one of three stores, taking your preferences into consideration and consulting with you.
The work content varies slightly depending on the work location.

A: Because of the nature of my job, I basically leave it up to each person's sense of style, but as a minimum rule, I prioritize cleanliness and ease of movement, and I would like shoes that are easy to put on and don't mind getting dirty.
Also, since the flowers are the main focus of the job, we ask that you avoid anything too flashy and that you refrain from wearing perfume.
