The position of Irony's concierge is to act as a "guide" connecting customers with the world of flowers.
They are someone who understands the customer's thoughts and needs, and builds trust with their words and proposals.
Every interaction with customers, both in-store and online, is an important touchpoint that embodies the brand's worldview.
We understand that worldview better than anyone else, understand our customers' hearts, and propose the best possible service.
Another important role of the concierge is to get to know our customers deeply and reflect this in our services in order to improve Irony's hospitality.
